Weston On The Green is a small village in the heart of rural Oxfordshire and the Village Hall is set in the middle of the village adjacent to the beautiful and historic Church. The Hall is a relatively modern building completed in 1973 set in an historic village in Oxfordshire, and just been given a major redecoration and face-lift. 6	Weston Front The Weston Front is the campaign group fighting against the proposal to build the Weston-Otmoor eco-town. It is run by Anthony Henman, Norman Machin and Bob Hessian - all three are local residents of Weston on the Green and have been for over 35 years. They are supported by the Weston Front Committee and the people of Weston on the Green, local villages, Bicester and Kidlington.	238

9	Pitt Rivers Museum The Museum displays archaeological and ethnographic objects from all parts of the world. The General's founding gift contained more than 18,000 objects but there are now over half a million. Many were donated by early anthropologists and explorers. The extensive photographic and sound archives contain early records of great importance. Today the Museum is an active teaching department of the University of Oxford. It also continues to collect through donations, bequests, special purchases and through its students, in the course of their fieldwork.	286
10	Oxford and Bletchingdon Nondescripts Cricket Club Oxford and Bletchingdon Nondescripts are a large club offering local cricket to suit most standards of player. OBNCC has four sides playing in The Oxford Times Cherwell League and also plays a large number of friendly matches. We have a youth section with teams at various age-groups.
